Terms of use for Cankyre's products

Rules that applies to every product

  • Every open-source project I make fall under the GNU GPL v3.0 License, which makes everyone able to share, modify and use the source code as long as they do not make closed-source versions. Please do not make commercial use out of my source code, unless directly contacting me and wait for an offer, which will certainly contain royalties and/or direct mentions in the final commercial product.

  • It is strictly forbidden to publish and share content that is illegal under french law, or discriminatory in any way. Please mind that some exceptions can be made in the case of humor. Harrassment and toxicity are also disallowed. By using one of Cankyre's product, you have the responsibility of reporting content that does not respect the previous sentence, by using either the report form or the support email.

  • It is forbidden to spam the APIs in order to break or DDoS the servers no matter what your intentions are. If you think that there is a bug in the systems, please report it.

  • By using one of Cankyre's product, you agree to the above rules and to the further instructions that are below, if they exist.

  • You may not send more than one ticket every 5 minutes. On the website, a security has been set in order to prevent unintentional spam. Please also ask me first before directly using the tickets API and precise what the project is and why you are making it.

  • It is forbidden to use the bot with its original account and data outside of RdP's Discord server, other than for pure testing purpose, and without reading ANY data that comes from the "archive" or "groups" table of the original database.

  • It is forbidden to use any content that was read from the database outside of RdP's Discord server without the agreement of at least one of RdP's admins or the content author. Therefore you will be unable to repost or share the database content without the said agreement, unless if in the comment of one of the posts it is explicitly said that the resource is available for public use. Content creators may give extra-repost rights or restrictions to their posts by explicitly writing them in the comment section.

  • It is forbidden to abuse or attempt to abuse the SRS system in any way, with a goal to raise or to lower one's social credit. Any abuse will be punished.
